Moving quotes are typically based on distance, labor required and any add-ons like packing, assembly, or storage. We provide clear, upfront estimates so there are no surprises.
Can you move my home or business outside of regular hours?
We understand timing matters, especially for commercial clients. We offer flexible scheduling—including evenings or weekends—to minimize disruption to your household or business operations.
Do I need to be present on moving day?
While it’s helpful to have someone on-site to answer questions and give final approvals, we can coordinate with building managers or keyholders if you can’t be there—just let us know in advance.
What if something gets damaged during the move?
We take great care with your belongings, but in the rare case of damage, we have procedures in place to resolve claims promptly. We’re fully insured for both residential and commercial moves.
How is a local move different from a long-distance move?
Local moves are typically completed within the same city or nearby region, often in a single day.
How much notice do you need for a local move?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance especially during busy seasons but we’ll always do our best to accommodate short notice if our schedule allows.
Can I move on the same day I get the keys to my new place?
Absolutely. We’re used to working around tight timelines and can coordinate with your real estate agent, leasing office, or property manager to make it as seamless as possible.
Can you move my belongings into storage if my new place isn’t ready?
Yes—we offer flexible solutions if there’s a gap between move-out and move-in. We can deliver your items to a storage facility of your choice or help coordinate short-term storage so everything stays safe until you’re ready.
